[Insight-developers] Build Error @CMAKE_AR_ARGS@

Hi.

Yesterday I updated my CMake and Insight source. 
While building the Insight on cygwin I had an error
message that was produced by ar archive program:
/usr/bin/ar: illegal option -- @

It seems that CMAKE_AR_ARGS lines in makefiles have
value @CMAKE_AR_ARGS@. I guess cmake should replace
this value with actual value. I don't have a vague 
idea what went wrong.

I would appreciate any help.
