[Insight-developers] Testing Portable PDF

I have just committed to the repository a new copy of
Documents/Registration.pdf which was generated with ps2pdf options to
maximize the portability of the PDF file.  I would appreciate it if
people would test it on their machines to verify that it can be both
viewed and printed with good resolution.  (It works fine on my
machine, but that's not a very stringent test....)  If it seems to
work well for everyone, I'll post the options that I used.
