[Insight-developers] Testing Fail on itkFuzzyConnectednessIma geFilter

Tests must return 0 if they execute successfully. This test is returning 1.
Also, we removed the printf's from the test yesterday, but need to change the cout to produce the
correct format.

I'll take care of both issues.

I noticed that it gives result on most of the platforms.
Especially on WinNT-4.0-VC++-6.0, but after running, there is a message:
"child process exited abnormally"

any idea about what is this?
