Based on Lydia's documentation of the multiresolution mutual information
registration example, I created a sample web page under the public ITK
pages. Please follow the ITK Examples link from the Documentation page
to check it out:

We have about 20 examples under the Insight/Examples directory
currently. If we can create at least a dozen or so web pages, that would
be awesome!=20

If the example authors wish to create these web pages themselves, please
feel free. Otherwise, please send me some text and pictures and I can
create a web page for you!=20
