[Insight-developers] FiniteDifferenceEquation => FiniteDifferenceFunction

Hi all, 

Just a heads up that I've just checked in some name changes.  

Changed the "Equation" suffix in FiniteDifferenceEquation and its
subclasses to "Function", etc. per gnats p.r. 57.

I believe I have propagated these changes thoroughly through the system,
but I touched a lot of files, so let me know if anyone sees problems.
