Hello, all:

I have finally gotten ITK into a working state again today (according to
the continuous build and one check with GCC here), and have added a second
private-beta release tag called "release-0_2-private_beta-2".  The first
tag was "release-0_2-private_beta-1".  If anyone gets a chance, please
check out a copy with the new tag and make sure it builds on your
platform.  If not, we'll have to see about moving the tag for certain
files that need fixes.
