building ITK from clean download in a new directory
results in an MSDEV application error.

Message on error dialog box:
The instruction at "0x60581451" reference memory at "0x9919f318".
The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program


>How-To-Repeat:
1) do a clean download of the Insight tree
2) build CMake by doing a Batch Build
3) run CMakeSetup.exe
- type in the binaries directory (a clean directory)
- clicked on Build Project Files
- clicked on close
4) startup ITK.dsw
5) select Batch Build
6) CxxTypes starts building, then the error dialog appears
