m_Foo for ivars

Thought we had agreed on that.

We realize we (GE) have to get the style checking in, but that will have to wait until after the
meeting next week. We're also working on getting purify integrated into the nightly testing.

I have a doubt about our style rules:

Are we supposed to use "this->"
for methods and ivars ?

It is in some places and not in others...
and given that itk ivars use the
m_ prefix maybe the use of "this" is not
that important...


Any suggestions ?
