itkAlgorithmsHeaderTest is looking for some of the registration
headers that have changed names.

I was about to edit it to put the new names but the file says
that it has been generated by "BuildHeaderTest.tcl".

Is that automaticall done during the building process ?

What has to be done to remove the old names and put the new ones ?
