[Insight-developers] Building application with CMake

This is for the example of the GaussianFilter with fltk GUI and I/O
that we show at SLC. I'm preparing that for checking it in under
/Examples

Is it OK to check new things in now ?

That will make easier to check whether this is a CMake bug, or just
that I'm missusing the CMakeList file.
