[Insight-developers] Compile Error in vxl

Hi,
    When trying to compile my code with itk I got the following error:

Insight/Code/Insight3DParty/vxl/vcl/new-vcl_compiler.h:74:
 vcl/vcl_config.h: No such file or directory

   Checking in the vxl/vcl directory shows there is no vcl_config.h file.
I updated my copy of itk today, Sep 3.
