[Insight-developers] Image I/O Request for Comments

I have checked in a document (Documents\ImageIOLib Paper.doc) describing some previous work I have done for the design of a generic image input/output class library. It is intended to suggest one possible framework and to describe some of the problems we at UNC have encountered while trying to solve this issue. I welcome any comments or completely different designs for comparison.
