CVS access to Insight on a PC through a firewall

If anyone is having problems accessing the Insight CVS repository from a PC from behind a firewall,
here are some suggestions.

Hummingbird provides a FREE replacement for the standard windows SOCKS library that will redirect
programs through standard firewall ports (http://www.hummingbird.com/products/nc/socks/faq.html).
Once you install this free library replacement, you need to edit the WinNT\System32\Socks.cnf or
Windows\System\Socks.cnf file and add the name of your firewall and the site you want to connect to.

For instance, you may add the line

SOCKD4 @=<your firewall address> 208.0.0.0 255.0.0.0

to connect to public.kitware.com. The 208.0.0.0 says allow connection to public.kitware.com and the
255.0.0.0 is a mask.
