[Insight-developers] June Meeting approaching...

This is a reminder to all research investigators and principal
investigators that the second organizational meeting of the
Insight Software Development Team will be held in the Board
of Regents Room of the NLM in Bethesda on 22-23 June 2000.

We'll be starting at 9am on Thursday and finishing by 3:30pm
on Friday.

Please make your hotel and airline reservations.

Every group will be expected to give a fifteen minute presentation of
their progress so far.  Reports from the subcommittee meetings will
be given by NLM staff.  A complete review of the software architecture
will be presented and a discussion and feedback on development of the
toolkit and its architecture is planned.  NLM will recapitulate the
validation question, and the group will explore plans and requirements
for proceeding with and planning the validation effort.

A formal agenda is being drafted and will soon follow.  Please book
your flights now, though, to take advantage of advanced airfares.
Plan to be present for the start of the meeting through 3:30 pm Friday.
Remember that each P.I. or a designated personal capable and empowered
to make design decisions is required of every contractor as part of
the deliverables of the work assignment.

For reference, the number at the Holiday Inn Bethesda is 301/652-2000.
That is not necessarily a recommendation, though some of you stayed
there last time and found it convenient and comfortable.
