[IGSTK-Users] status

Hi Oleg,
we updated and refactored IGSTK to make it compatible with the latest
available toolkits, such as ITK 5, VTK 6, Qt 5.

We are in the progress of testing the new changes as well as new
features and will announce IGSKT 5.3 soon.
