Thank you for your answer. The problem would actually the orientation (0.09/0.0098/-0-02/.....) of ct-images with gantry tilt value. If the orientation is set to 1.0/0.0/0.0/0.0/1.0/0.0 in the image header, then all the crosshairs displayed properly.
