[IGSTK-Users] compiling IGSTK-5.0 bugfix.

Hi Andinet & Ziv,

Ok, thanks.  It works!  ITK 3.2 does not build with g++ 4.7, btw.

I had hoped to get this working with a NDI Certus, which does not seem
to be working with the manufacturer-supplied OAPI.  Now I come to
understand that IGSTK also relies on this OAPI, and is not an
independent implementation of the protocol, hence cannot be a
work-around?
