[IGSTK-Users] help on two issues of IGSTK5.0

I encountered two issues when building and installing IGSTK5.0 on Ubuntu
10.04:
1. IGSTK5.0 is not compatible with ITK4.0. when building IGSTK5.0 with
ITK4.0, lots of errors happened.
2, IGSTK 5.0 can be built with ITK 3.20, but it can't be installed as
file IGSTKBuildSettings.cmake can't be found.

your kind help on these issues is greatly appreciated.
