[IGSTK-Users] Problems with building IGSTK 5.0

Dear All!
I built IGSTK 5.0 with ITK 4.1, VTK 5.8 and FLTK 1.3 and I do not use
Shared_libs. When I compile IGSTK with examples, I get a lot of errors
but the main one is:
Error C2039: 'OStringStream': Is not a member of ITK
it is in File igstkPolarisClassicTracker.cxx
I tried to include "ITKMacro.h" without a positive result.
Could you please help me?
