[IGSTK-Users] Inquire about the configuration on VS2008

Hi,

I am a new IGSTK user. Last time I had a question about the dll files on
IGSTK and I have known there are no dll files from IGSTK library. But I am
not sure how to configure VS2008, then I can use the static library of
IGSTK ?

I try an example on AscensionTracker in Sandbox-4.4, and I selected the runtime
library as /MTd, but there are still some problems on the code
"itkNewMacro( Self );" in line 76 (here, "typedef
AscensionTrackerCommand   Self;"), such as error C2065: ¡°DEBUG_NEW¡±:
undefined undefined identifier.

Could you please help me solve this problem ? I will appreciate your advice!
