Hi Ashwath,

Sorry for the late reply. The DeckOfCard example application is really a 
deprecated example. I should be more specific earlier.

This example demonstrates how to do volume rendering in IGSTK. You can 
take a look at the "igstkImageSpatialObjectVolumeRepresentation" class 
in that directory and how it is being used in the application as an example.

I would suggest take that class and integrated with more recent examples 
such as NeedleBiopsy or Navigator.
