An example in the source code tells you how to save the data into a file:

Examples\TrackerDataLogger\

You can combine this code with any other application to add the data saving
feature.

Hello IGSTK users,

I am trying to save in a file the position coordinates of the tools tracked
in TrackerVolumeViewer example. Can anybody tell me how can I do that. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
