Hi All,

I have developed a QT based IGSTK application .But when I compile it gives the following errors:

\main.cpp(247) : error C2039: 'RequestSetTransformAndParent' : is not a member of 'igstk::View2D'
1>        D:\IGSTKINSTALL\IGSTK\include\IGSTK\igstkView2D.h(42) : see declaration of 'igstk::View2D'
1>.\main.cpp(250) : error C2039: 'RequestSetTransformAndParent' : is not a member of 'igstk::View2D'
1>        D:\IGSTKINSTALL\IGSTK\include\IGSTK\igstkView2D.h(42) : see declaration of 'igstk::View2D'
1>.\main.cpp(253) : error C2039: 'RequestSetTransformAndParent' : is not a member of 'igstk::CTImageSpatialObject'
1>        d:\igstkinstall\igstk\include\igstk\igstkCTImageSpatialObject.h(41) : see declaration of 'igstk::CTImageSpatialObject'

I do not get this error in another machine where I have installed the same version of IGSTK.

Please help.

Thanks ,
Ashwath.

While I am also not aware of any image repository for liver and kidney the place to look for this data is radiation oncology where CT dataset of these organ systems are needed for dose calculations. Such data tends to have high in-plane and out of plane high spatial resolution. Many clinical are involved in hyper fractionated therapy programs which may also provide access to 4D CT scans of these organ systems as well as fused MR datasets.

I do not know if such databases exist

I know there are some CT images of diseased organs such as the NIH rider project, but that may not include liver and kidney
