[IGSTK-Users] How are the .msh files created in IGSTK examples?

Hi IGSTK community,

There are few .msh files provided in the IGSTK package, which are mesh files of different objects that are read by mesh reader classes.
Can anyone tell me how are these .msh files created, like which software is used to create mesh objects and save them as .msh files.
