[IGSTK-Users] Examples

Hi All,

I checked out and compiled IGSTK. Nonetheless, it seems that the whole Example folder was not compiled because I could not track down any executable for them in the build path. 

I like to compile one of the examples called 'OpenIGTLinkTrackerBroadcasting'. However, it does not show up in the build folder as I cmaked the IGSTK source.

I would be so appreciative for any clue.
