[IGSTK-Users] needle biopsy

Hi everybody...

I'm actually working with needle biopsy example (IGST v.4.0) and I have another problem: it doesn't load some dicom series.. (I'm talking about CT or MR dicom, of course).

I watched source code on debug mode and i saw this value on m_ImageReader:

 

m_FileSuccessfullyRead="false" (of course)

m_modality="CT" 

m_ImageReadingInformationError="Usage of a wrong image reader" ....Why????

 

(patient_id and patient_name are empty because dicom files are anonymous)

 

...who can help me?
