[IGSTK-Users] IGSTK 4.0 on MacOS Leopard

Hi Chang Chang,

We had similar problems with FLTK + IGSTK + Mac here, we haven't found 
the cause yet. I will keep you update on this regard.

FLTK example applications works on Windows and Linux, for Mac Qt works 
better.
