[IGSTK-Users] vtkRendering.dll not found running hello world using vs 2008 express

hi, i build igstk, vtk, itk, and fltk using cmake and the resulting 
.sln files in the build output directories. i did an install for all 
of these also.

trying to run the hello world example can't find this dll. the dll 
does exist in the build output dir/debug (build/vtk/bin/debug/) and 
also in installed/vtk/bin (where i installed it).

the visual studio project for hello world has buld/vtk/bin as well as 
build/vtk/bin/$(OutDir) under additional library directories.

adding installed/vtk/bin does not seem to work either.

has anyone had any luck building hello world using m$'s stuff?
