[IGSTK-Users] pre built libs and dlls for igstk?

hi, newbie here. trying to build igstk using visual studio express 
2008 following the directions at: 
http://public.kitware.com/IGSTKWIKI/index.php/How_to_build_IGSTK.. 
got vtk built. looks like building itk is going to take most of the 
day. is there any way to get pre-built libs and dlls that match the 
source includes?''

is cygwin a more sane approach on windoze than using m$'s stuff?
