[IGSTK-Users] Linux distribution

I'll try with ITK 3.6.0 and will check the bug in IGSTK 3.0 and the warning of FLTK.
Then I'll try with Linux, but i need to know what distribution to use. Any suggestion???
Mandrake? RedHat? Debian? Ubuntu? SuSE?
