[IGSTK-Users] building examples

hi, trying to build igstk and the examples on a windoze box with 
visual studio express 2008. i managed to do this on one box that had 
cygwin installed. so i thought i'd try it on a box without.

using cvs and doing a co IGSTK, cmake seems to work. i can do a build 
all with visual studio.

but there is no example project or source built despite the fact that 
the cmake build examples switch is on.

any pointers will be appreciated.
