[IGSTK-Users] the book: 2.1.3 Caveat: Versions - which do i use for latest in cvs?

books says to use certain versions (please see below).

i want to build the latest from cvs (on windoze 
and linux). should i use the latest versions of itk, vtk, etc. or what?

is there a version of the book for igstk 3.x?

IGSTK Release 2.0 is built and tested with the 
following toolkits and their specific versions.
• ITK. Release 3.0.1
• VTK. Release 5.0
• FLTK. Take the zip file with the snapshot of 
FLTK 1.1 on the IGSTK Wiki – “How to
build IGSTK” page.
