I tested testing dataset in Testing/Data/E000192 

and I didn't find any error message using the IGSTK 3.0

so I think it could be a problem with my DICOM datasets.

but It was good at IGSTK-Sandbox-Release-Iteration-8 with ITK 2.8

I attached my dataset that returns an error message.

and any other sandbox applications has an dicom reading error 

why is it?

Hi,

I just tested the example on the testing dataset in IGSTK

Testing/Data/Input/E000192

and some other datasets and I didn't get any error message using the
the latest version of the Sandbox.

It could be a problem with your DICOM datasets. To better
diagnose your problem, can you do the following

1) Try loading the E000192 dataset.

If this fails, then it means there is an issue in your build.

2) Run igstkDICOMImageReaderErrorsTest with your
dataset. This test has observers setup to listen to DICOM image
reading errors.

This step will help us figure out the issue reading your DICOM image,
