[IGSTK-Users] Event hierarchy reorganization

I am in the process of reorganizing the IGSTK event hierarchy to 
separate out error events. Hopefully this will make error handling 
easier in IGSTK applications. For instance, after the reorganization, it 
will be possible to add an observer for an IGSTKErrorEvent. This 
observer should then see all error events from a particular object.

Please let me know if you have any comments on the proposed hierarchy. I
