[IGSTK-Users] NeedleBiopsy New application

Sebastian,

Although the new NeedleBiopsy source code was checked in, it was not
building
since its entry was still commented out from the CMake file. I have fixed
that.
Furthermore, I have added the new FOB classes to Sandbox/Source cmake file
since they are needed in the new application.

Let me know if you see any issues with that.
