Hi Sophie,

The NeedleBiopsy application is still in IGSTKSandbox.
You can get the source code from:

http://www.igstk.org/download.htm

Choose the IGSTK-Sandbox-2.0.zip or tgz file

You need to specify the directory to the main IGSTK source code to build 
the IGSTKSandbox.
