[IGSTK-Users] Installing IGSTK 2.0.1 on windows (and linux)

Hi Yair,

Thanks again for testing the new install targets. You are right the 
IGSTKConfig.cmake was missing
as part of the installation. I have just committed a fix to CVS. Please 
check it out and let me know if you
see any other problem
