Hi Somayeh,


            Welcome to IGSTK !


Yes, you need to build ITK and VTK before
you attempt building IGSTK.

All of these toolkits should first be
configured with CMake.

As GUI library you can use FLTK or QT.


Please read the instructions in the IGSTK book:
