[IGSTK-Users] IGSTK application

Hello,

How can I run the application writen with IGSTK?

I configure the VTK and ITK and FLTK and IGSTK with cmake. then I want
compile all of them with vs2005 ,but I have a problem, during debugging
,It ask me about the select an executable filename.
which .exe file I should select?where is it?

please tell me This steps is true or no?
please tell me the steps that I should done.
