[IGSTK-Users] How to know if QTWidget is built

Hi Vincent,

If the Qt is being configured properly, there should be a
igstkQTWidgetTest.

The Qt support needs QVTK from VTK. So make sure you build VTK package 
with: VTK_USE_GUISUPPORT ON, and then turn on VTK_USE_QVTK as well.
