There are two more examples in:
IGSTK/Example/OneViewAndTracking
IGSTK/Example/FourViewsAndTracking

If you can check out IGSTKSandbox CVS code

  cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/IGSTK login
answer by 'igstk'
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/IGSTK co IGSTKSandbox

You will find in "IGSTKSandbox/Example" directory more 'Adcanced' 
examples, including
FourViewsTrackingWithCT, NeedleBiopsy, and UltrasoundGuidedRFA

An ApplicationWizard will be added into that directory too to help user 
start with a new application, And we are working on the "IGSTK: The 
Book" hoping to give more insight and guidance to the user of this toolkit.
