[IGSTK-Developers] which release of itk does igstk require

Hi,

I tried compiling igstk5.0, with qt4.8.2, itk 4.2.0 and vtk 5.10, and
had some errors, one of which is, e.g.:

\igstkPolarisClassicTracker.cxx(188): error C2039: 'OStringStream' :
is not a member of 'itk'

After some search, I read that igstk5.o requires itk 3.2.  Does it
mean it is not compatible with itk 4.2.0??
