[IGSTK-Developers] Cmake option for view class rearchitecting

Folks,

To rearchitect the view classes in parallel with the other developments,
I have added

USE_NEW_VIEW_ARCHITECTURE

cmake option to the Sandbox.

The option is OFF by default.   Keep this option OFF till the
classes are ready to be used/tested.

Let me know if you encounter any problems.

PS:  At this point, both on and off states have the same behavior.
