[IGSTK-Developers] Dashboard code coverage

Hi everyone,

The default setting of "IGSTK_USE_FLTK" has been changed to "OFF" a week 
ago, which skips some FLTK based tests. This makes the code coverage 
fall from 95% to below 90%.

Dashboard administrators, please add "-DIGSTK_USE_FLTK:BOOL=ON" option 
to cmake scripts if you have FLTK installed on the build machine.
