[IGSTK-Developers] Book Cmake and .eps files

David,

Thanks for checking on your Mac. I did remove the cmake cache
files and re-ran ccmake then cmake with no luck. So then I  went in
and removed all IGSTKTheBook.* and cmake.*depends artifacts
from my binary/TheBook/Latex directory and that worked.
