[IGSTK-Developers] Book Cmake and .eps files

Hi Kevin,

This is a new error to me.  The first thing is to try to remove the 
CMakeCache.txt and try again.

Are you building the documentation on the Mac?  So far I've been 
building the book on Linux, but I should try on my Mac too just to make 
sure it works.
