      Thanks for pointing this out. This is quite important.


The URL of the Copyright is at Georgetown. We (at Kitware) have no
access to this web site.

Kevin C. or Patrick would have better knowledge of who we
could contact in order to repair the URL.

In the meantime you could add a file that just copy paste
the header of the IGSTK files. Note that in general is safer
to add the copyright header to *all* the files. That's indeed
what motivates to delegate the full text of the copyright to
a URL. We just need to make sure that this URL is kept alive.
