[IGSTK-Developers] Sandbox/IGSTK directory purged

As scheduled, we just synchronized the Sandbox/IGSTK directory
with the main library. The only files left are related to the
PivotCalibration. These last files cannot be moved until we move
also the ToolCalibration file in Sandbox/Source.

Thanks a lot to Julien and Andinet for reviewing the classes
over the weekend.

We are ready now to proceed with the real release. Please
sign up for doing code reviews in the table that Julien posted
in the Wiki.


Also, let me know if you find any problems with the clearance
of the IGSTKSandbox/IGSTK directory.
