[IGSTK-Developers] Figure 2 error

Hi,

The UML IGSTK architecture (fig 2) is incorrect.   It has a needle 
spatialObject feeding into a CT Image Representation and a CT-Image 
SpatialObject feeding into a Needle Representation.

I don't have visio so I cannot fix it...
