[IGSTK-Developers] Iteration 8 requirements page

Hi Andinet,

For the classes I modified in the IGSTKSandbox/IGSTK/Source directory 
for the demo, do we have a formal process to review those changes, or 
it simply goes to the iteration 8 review? Do I need to create bug 
entries for those fix, so it is easier for people to review?
